Groundwork RC isn't about PRs or podiums. It's about showing up, doing the work, and building something real, together.
Every week, we meet to run. Some of us are chasing ultras. Some are just trying to make it around the block without stopping. It doesn't matter. What matters is that you're here, putting in the groundwork to become who you want to be.
No one gets left behind, but everyone gets pushed. You'll find your pace. You'll find your people. And somewhere between the first mile and the last, you'll find what you came for.

We celebrate every stride, whether it's your first 5K or your fifth fifty-miler. Because the real finish line isn't a time on a clock. It's waking up healthier, happier, and part of something bigger than yourself.
