You can set all the goals you want. Buy the shoes, download the training plan, tell yourself this is the year. But without people around you doing the same hard work, most of us quit before we start.
I'm Clifton, and I started this run club because I wasn't showing up for myself the way I needed to.
I'm an ultramarathon runner. For work, I help businesses build operating systems. I'm an author, a speaker and have helped thousands in business.
And I'm really passionate about running..though not always disciplined.
I needed to stop running alone and start running with people who understood that every mile is a choice and that making that choice gets easier when you're not the only one making it.
All paces welcome. Walkers welcome.
Beginners encouraged. Veterans respected.

Real people: No egos. No judgment. Just people trying to be better than they were yesterday.
Real community: We run together, but we also talk, share stories, and support each other through the hard parts. You'll make friends here. Real ones.
Flexibility: Life happens. Show up when you can. The community will be here.
Every mile is a choice. Every run is a commitment. And somewhere between the start and the finish, you stop being the person who thinks about change and become the person who lives it.
Groundwork is the steady, unglamorous work of building something that lasts. Let's build this together.

Come for the run. Stay for the conversation.
